So today I got an ICQ message from some guy in Latvia asking if I wanted to start a money laundering scheme with him. I played along for a while to see how far it would go. I've attached some of the talk below, with the rest in the link at the bottom.

[17:11] eclip5e: US Law states that individuals and companys accepting payment are safe from such problems. Thats like when a company is paid with a stolen credit card, they are not liabile, the credit card company is.

i have $500, you deposit $200 from 1 card, and $300 from card #2. My balence will be 500+200+300 = 1000. If i deposit all that into my bank, it stays there.

[17:14] eclip5e: and they wont call me, they'll contact you. Because under law i'm immune to accepting stolen money if i was "unaware" that it was stolen.
[17:15] eclip5e: so they'll then contact the credit card company and the owner of the card and try to figure out how it was stolen. In the end the credit card company will have to pay.

Fucking hardware

I hate computer hardware.

I came back from vacation to find my computer inoperational (Again). This time it seems the power supply failed. I bought a new one today, and it works, but for whatever reason my soundcard drivers were fucked up, and i had to reinstall them. Dunno what caused that.
So overall, in the last 2 months my computer broke twice.
1. Harddrive failure
2. Power supply failure.
My computer is a piece-of-shit. Its not even worth trying to fix because it can't play any new games, or watch high-resolution movies.

Happy New Years!

Came back into Boston last night heavy laden with gifts and groceries from Christmas. It took a good hour to get unpacked and ungrocererized. I called up a few friends to see if anyone was around to celebrate New Years, but everyones not in Boston, except master chen.

Master Chen came over around 1:15 am, and we headed down into to try and catch last call. We missed it. Thanks T.

We then headed over to China Town and got sushi at . Mmm.

This morning I had a dream, I was on a bus with Yuko and Master Chen, heading to our new high school. I don't know why, but supposedly it was because it was a better school. Upon arrival I was greated with all sorts of strange blue prison-type jumpsuit uniforms, teachers having sex with students, teachers smoking pot, and teachers teaching using the students to create bombs and new war technologies which they would keep hidden under a small hill behind the school. Master Chen exposed the teachers, and we caused some havoc before escaping. It was fun.
